This 12,080 square foot (i.e., .28 acre) single-family dwelling lot actually consists of two separate platted lots which are currently combined (i.e., lots 11 & 12 of Block 28 in the Daytona Beach Heights subdivision). Per the attached document from Volusia County dated 12/29/17, the ''size of the property, the zoning and future land use would allow up to two dwelling units to be developed.''
